invalid transient state when reclaiming staked rose

When reclaiming staked rose, there is a transient state when the pending screen is no longer shown, but the staked value is still listed as if it was there.

Then after a few secs it disappears.

In the transient state, the form for reclaiming is still enabled.

I think ideally we should show a pending screen during all the transient stages of the process, because currently it's hidden too early. But even if we don't want to do that, at least the form should be disabled while the previous action is still running, and therefore the data is stale.
