Total usage metrics are wrong

Total of total usage is less than a given package total usage ... given percentage above 100% ... and individual percentage is wrong (1h / 0.8h = 125%, not 120%)

Individual percentage is correct on details pane, but big graphic value seem wrong as well (120% instead of 125% for instance).

Looks like we have only one issue: for some reason, the total usage between 4 and 5pm (UTC) is only 10 minutes while usage on "File Resources" is 30 minutes.
