Hi, thanks for pointing out RDP; I read the paper and will probably file some issues in its repo.

I'm not sure what "Consider evaluation of licensing terms and best practices for their declaration" means in the context of the Open Definition. What do you envision would merit closing this issue?

There is significant overlap between https://opendefinition.org/od/2.1/en/ and http://reusabledata.org/criteria.html ... I wonder if anyone has done a mapping between the two?
