This version mismatch creates lots of warnings in our build, would appreciate a fix for this.

AFAICT chai-string 2 is perfectly compatible with chai v6, the issue is just that installing the latest tag (or npm install -D chai-string without a version qualifier) won’t give you that version because 1.6.0 was released later.

Workaround: npm install -D chai-string@2 :)
