[BUG] Inline Cadence in FLIX templates directory are still using Cadence 0.4.2

Current Behavior

I found one example but given that the repo hasn't had commits in 2 years it's safe to say that probably all templates need to be audited

Expected Behavior

Upgrade templates to C1.0

Before crescendo we were working on an on-chain template service. this service got deprioritized.
