[feature requeste]: Using Zoi based schema for validation

Zoi is a brand new Elixir library, similar to Zod in JS world. It allows defining flexible schemas with a composable and powerful way.
I wonder if we can support Zoi schemas for defining openapi specs(similar to how Zod schemas are used to generate OpenAPI spec in JS world)
