WebRTC library version used in owt-server (owt-deps-webrtc)

Hello,

The owt-server project uses the owt-deps-webrtc project which contains the WebRTC library and uses two branches (59-server and 88-sdk). These branches are out of date and cannot be compiled with recent OS/toolchain versions. The branch 108-sdk is newer but is unused in the owt-server project.

Will the owt-server project be updated to use a newer version of the WebRTC library?

I am concerned about the maintenance and keep up with security fixes/patches for this project.

Currently we have no plans to updated WebRTC library for server project except there are security features.
