How do i change the model directory path again in settings?

I am mostly done with setting up the desktop version. When installing it initially- I chose a different drive/directory for the models to a and now I want to change the directory again to get Ollama models working. How can I do this in settings? I don't see an option to do this. It seems you are locked in from whatever you picked in the install process.
The only thing I can think of atm is to uninstall and reinstall Open-webui desktop?

If you're using Ollama, you don't need to reinstall Open WebUI Desktop.

For Windows, Ollama's model directory can be changed with the OLLAMA_MODELS environment variable:

1. Open Settings → System → About → Advanced system settings → Environment Variables.

2. Under User variables, create/edit:

   • Variable name: OLLAMA_MODELS
   • Variable value: D:\Ollama\Models (or whatever directory you want)

3. Click OK/Apply.

4. Quit Ollama completely from the system tray and start it again.

Ollama will then use that directory for downloaded models. This is an Ollama setting, so changing it affects Ollama's model storage rather than Open WebUI's own application data.

The official Ollama docs also confirm that OLLAMA_MODELS is the supported way to change the model location on Windows.
