This PR follows up on #21 (comment) by deploying the Docker container image built by openUC2/openUC2.github.io#15 in ImSwitch OS. This work is tracked on Notion at https://www.notion.so/Serve-a-local-copy-of-the-docs-site-2774e612c78a80eba30bed5f566ca491?source=copy_link

This PR adds a CI workflow to build a Docker container image with a Caddy server to serve the docs, so that it can be deployed in https://github.com/openuc2/imswitch-os as an offline copy of the docs site (which is useful when the RPi running ImSwitch OS has no internet connection).
