feat: Add a config parameter to hide tool-use messages

Description

Coding agent will output many tool use message, which is useful for developer or who wants to know the agent detail.
However, for some user, they don't care about what happen end, they only care about the result.
If we can have a config parameter to hide or compact the tool use message, it will increase better user experience.
