PROJECT: Offload work to hardware via API calls to services/servers outside of Opencast

1. Aim/description

Especially due to all the AI tools we deploy, we have hardware (GPUs) we can use for hardware acceleration if we can share the hardware with the AI tools.

We have a plan to write the integration including fallback functionality to software if necessary.
