One to investigate for potential speed inprovements?

There are 2 places this can happen that I can see, the first in transcripts_to_gene and the second in final_tx_to_multiple_genomic. The first set has 2 parsing calls but only triggers on errors, and may not even be reached at this point, the second probably never triggers now as final_tx_to_multiple_genomic should always be called with a hgvs object input. Was there more?

I had left them in as worst case error handling, but we may just be able to delete them (along with the try/ecxept or if that leads to this branch).
