Context
Nonprofit application flow today is a form. Many submissions are vague — "we need an app" — without enough detail to scope. AI-coached submission would draw out root problems while staying easy.

Done looks like

• PRD: AI-coached intake flow, success metrics, target dropoff improvement
• Decision on tech (Claude API direct, or via existing ohack.dev infra)
• Conversation flow design (Design root-problem extraction conversation flow #22)

Notes

• Don't make it too clever — nonprofits want fast, not impressive
• Compare submission quality before/after as primary metric
