Description
The online video and the installer check permissions page is incorrect for Windows IIS.
First, Everyone should NEVER be given access to an IIS directory. It is a SERIOUS security issue.
Second, The correct permission is to give full access to IIS_IUSRS.
The permissions check obviously needs to be revamped.
