Spinning Up Collator

Question

Attempting to spin up collator. By following the documentation I repeatedly get stuck at step 5/6 for method 2. The register as candidate call continues to fail. I am unsure if this is due to the setting keys inputs being incorrect or if something else is wrong. Expansion of step 5 including which sr25519_pubkey is needed and whether or not second input should be 0x1234 or if this is a placeholder.
