cargo: Bump yamux to 0.13.5 and tokio to 1.45.0 (#396)

This PR updates the yamux crate to 0.13.5 and tokio to 1.45.0.

The yamux update resolves a panic on poisoned states of closed
connections. While at it, have bumped tokio as well.
