Tabs - allow 'add tabs' button to be disabled conditionally #11873

From slack, "I'd like to ask if there is a way to make the + button enabled/disabled based on a condition in the Tabs component in PF6? I know it can be either rendered/hidden if there is/isn't onAdd prop, but I couldn't find anything related to its disabling"
