Lexical: Allow text alignment to align uploads

Description

The Lexical plugin for Payload currently does not support aligning uploads (images, videos, etc.), a feature that was available in Slate. In Slate, it was possible to select an uploaded item and apply text alignment, which allowed images and captions to be aligned within text.

Use Cases

• Aligning images and captions in rich text content
• Preserving formatting from content migrated from Slate
• Offering more layout flexibility for uploads

Proposed Solution

Enable uploaded content to support the same alignment options as text blocks (left, center, right, justify) within the Lexical plugin.
