Update macOS Installations instructions

Once the Release process has macOS integrated, we need to update the `INSTALL.md` and Public website to reflect the right non-build-from-source options to install PCP.  This might include Homebrew installation (see #51 ) or downloading the generated DMG build and uploaded during the release process (see Issue #2305)
