Reschedule a snoozed thread without waking it
#18181
Once a thread is snoozed, the only thing its menu offers is Wake thread. To change when it wakes, you have to wake it and snooze it again. That moves the row off the Snoozed shelf and back, and the menu disappears from under you in the meantime.
Proposal
Add Reschedule to a snoozed thread's menu, next to Wake thread, with the same choices as Snooze (In 1 hour, In 3 hours, This evening, Tomorrow, Next week, Custom…).
The row stays on the Snoozed shelf and only its wake time changes.
Web: the confirmation is the existing sidebar Undo notice, "Rescheduled 1 thread". Undo puts back the previous wake time, or wakes the thread if that time has already passed. A newer reschedule cancels the older Undo, so an older Undo never overwrites a newer choice.
Mobile: Reschedule is a submenu on snoozed rows. Mobile has no Undo notice, so the row just shows its new wake time.
Nothing changes on the server. thread.snooze already accepts a new snoozedUntil for a thread that's already snoozed.
I have a working version in #18170, verified on web and on the iOS Simulator. It's a draft until the scope here is approved.
