Update gpredomicspy for gpredomics v1.0.0 (regression, pearson, MCMC gibbs)

Changes needed

gpredomics v1.0.0 changed Data.y from Vec to Vec and added regression support.

gpredomicspy updates

• Update Param bindings for new MCMC fields: method, p0, n_chains
• Update Param bindings for pearson fit function
• Verify Vec y propagation through PyO3 bindings
• Update Individual field access (cls.auc etc. — partially done)
• Test regression: load continuous y, fit with spearman/pearson
• Test all 8 algorithms through Python API

Build

• Update Cargo.toml to use gpredomics v1.0.0 (path or tag)
• Rebuild wheel
• Run tests
