By "Quick-start" are you referring to this: quick-start?

If you don't have a display, you should add forcetrigger ssh vncshare to cmdline.txt and add a wpa_supplicant.conf file for your wifi credentials. You need to access PINN via VNC to access its interface. SSH is useful for maintenance purposes only.

Thank you for your answer, yes I read the manual, I followed the The quick start in the README.md not in the README_PINN.md:

1. "Format your SD card as FAT32" then
2. "Copy the pinn files to your SD card" method

Maybe this was the issue, I did the cmdline.txt and the wpa_supplicant.conf before.

On the second try I used the Raspberry Pi Imager and that solved the issue.
