Add nonparametric (kde) selection plot

Use density for used and avail data to estimate density, calculate ratio (selection), set mean (1) at N/(N+M).

Function to check that range of used is within range of avail (to avoid div by 0).

This should give nonparametric mep. Overlay the 2.
