Release 0.14.0

It seems like it would be good to make a new release for Orix, especially with all of the recent additions.

I would like to merge:

• Add --run-slow and @pytest.mark.slow options for testing #554
• Making matplotlib_scalebar optional #555
• Address 542 duplicate phase naming and #551 slow unit tests #553
• Add copy constructors #556
• Add function to expand asymmetric unit cell of Phase #544

Any other things that we should prioritize @viljarjf @hakonanes @argerlt?

#442 had some useful features that never got pushed because of bigger questions about symmetry application. namely :

1. rename map_into_symmetry_reduced_zone() toreduce()
2. adding Vector3d.get_path()

The second one in particular would be VERY neat if moved down to object3d, because it could be used to draw paths through orientation space.

I wanted to do a quick PR for each, but other than that, I'm good.

Everything I was interested in adding before 0.14 has been added. #555, #558, and #559 just need reviewing.

#559 in particular likely needs a closer look, as does the associated issue #543. I checked against MTEX and I believe I have the IPF plots right now, but someone else should verify.

I'm late to the party, so it could wait. But, I'd like for us to address #566 as well. I could do it.

I've removed #563 and #566 from this milestone, because they need some more work. The only things remaining then are the homochoric plot and the rotation paths (for rotations, orientations, and misorientations) from #558. @argerlt, you said you could add those in another PR?

@hakonanes, I agree, but I think we should add the C2v fix that started off #563 in the first place.

As a reminder, C2v according to ITC should be defined as :
C2v = Symmetry.from_generators(C2x, Csz) (main rotation axis around z, 2-fold dipole around x)
But instead in ORIX is defined as:
C2v = Symmetry.from_generators(C2z, Csx) (main rotation axis around x, 2-fold dipole around z)

Everything else in #563 is additional features, but this small bit is a real error IMO.

I'll make a quick PR, we can either merge it in or hold off until after 0.14 if there is concern.

Okay, I really am truly done sneaking PR's into 0.14. Everything I was interested now has a related PR.

Also, if I'm going slow and someone wants to just finish them, go for it, they are all fairly simple.
