Install electron error when using "quasar dev -m electron"

I would like to ask how to solve the following error when using "quasar dev -m electron"

I am in China, and it is inferred that it may be blocked by the Great Firewall. I have tried to use the Taobao mirror source, set the ELECTRON_MIRROR environment variable, and use the global HTTP proxy, all of which cannot be solved.
