RTSTRUCT file is not created correctly

When I created the RTSTRUCT file using the nifti2rt.py code, the generated RT file does not look correct. I have attached a screenshot. Please provide a solution for this issue.

Is it possible to share the RT-STRUCT file and the reference DICOM files somewhere so I can review them?
