[feature] support manual repair the Invalid Pod

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When Your Pod raft status is INVALID ( May be gtid is greater than other pod, in MySQL PLUS , need rebuildme)
in situation like #330

Describe the solution you'd like
Repair job is danagerous! , please make sure your cluster data is safe and consistent
Give an shell script
method:

1. remove the data in /var/lib/mysql
2. delete the pod
   then it will start a clone init process, repair it.
