overlay: camera: add cubie-a7z compatibility

Add cubie-a7z compatibility to camera overlays to enable
camera support on both cubie-a7a and cubie-a7z platforms:

- cubie-a7a-radxa-camera-8m-219.dts (IMX219)
- cubie-a7a-radxa-camera-13m-214.dts (IMX214)
- cubie-a7a-radxa-camera-4k-415.dts (IMX415)

This allows the same camera overlays to work on both platforms
since they share compatible camera interface configurations.
