How to limit memory to around 100M to 300M for the redpanda systemd service on linux machines

Same question here, tried to find a configuration entry to limit the memory usage of every shard, but couldn't.

There is a flag --memory to set the memory limit. Please see --help-seastar for resource related flags.

BTW please update to the latest version v23.2.x is EOL
