Access to Redpanda in docker

hello,
I use docker to run Redpanda on my virtual machine based on your docs( https://vectorized.io/docs/quick-start-docker-CN), my question is that I can use KafkaAPI to do some simple topic actions on local, but I can't access it when I use another machine with another ip.
It's my command

docker run -d --name=redpanda-single --rm \
-p 9092:9092 \
86bb4c871649 redpanda start \
--overprovisioned \
--smp 1  \
--memory 1G \
--reserve-memory 0M \
--node-id 0 \
--check=false

It's my network

well when I use telnet 9092 ,it's OK. Is it caused by develop mode? I don't know how to set Redpanda to run in production mode, I tried docker exec -it redpanda-1 rpk redpanda mode production ,but it doesn't work.

@Evanzhang211 have you tried rpk container start -n1 - it does the right docker command for you.

you are missing advertised-ip in the configuration.

Well I have to say that rpk container is very easy to use, and I had tried on my macbook , it works very well. So I want to run Redpanda on my production environment, witch means that I can't run it with Internet. So I used a docker image.

I tried new command

docker run -d --name=redpanda-single \
-p 9092:9092 \
86bb4c871649 redpanda start \
--overprovisioned \
--smp 1  \
--memory 1G \
--reserve-memory 0M \
--node-id 0 \
--check=false \
--kafka-addr 0.0.0.0:9092 \
--advertise-kafka-addr 0.0.0.0:9092 

It's docker log.

but it coundn't solve my problem, everything works well in my Redpanda machine , but I can't use it form another machine, eventhrough I can ping it, and I can access to port 9092.

um... I'm a new programmer, some questions may sound silly, anywhy, I'm looking forward to your answer

you need to update --advertise-kafka-addr 0.0.0.0:9092 to be --advertise-kafka-addr <change-this>:9092 to be the public ip of the docker
