Move source from description to a custom tag

Instead of putting it into the description, populate a tag e.g. @x_lua_doc_source ....

More generally I'd prefer for this to be configurable. Perhaps a template that defaults to [source]({url})? Then we can replace it with @source {url} for the custom postprocessor.
