2022 update of this project

Hey guys,

To anyone seeking for the "maintained" version of this repo, please check https://github.com/Emixam23/react-mobx-typescript-boilerplate

I added some functionalities (store persistence, configuration from env file, etc) and upgraded all the dependencies to their latest version (as of today, Jan 2022). I also tried to optimized webpack, feel free to open any PR you think could be a good point to this boilerplate
