Up/down in quickfix or location list whatever is opened #89
Description
Perhaps we can have a shortcut that navigates up or down in quickfix list when its open and otherwise up/down in location list?
Some plugins deliver messages to location list (e.g. syntastic), others deliver to quickfix. If the use case is that only one window is opened, it would be nice to have the same shortcut.
