Good issue. We should use TickerMode.getNotifier to pause/resume providers without having to rebuild the entire widget. I've opened a PR #4377. |

Why use TickerMode. of (context) in the build of ConsumerStatefulElement? This will cause the build method of the widget to be called again during routing jumps, which means that when jumping from page a to b or closing b and returning to a, the build method of a will be called back. This may be problematic when the page is complex
