[v3.0.3]FutureProvider invalidate with asReload: true Always Resets retryCount to 0

Hi,

I'm facing an issue with a FutureProvider when it encounters an error. The first retry works as expected. However, if I call ref.invalidate(fuProvider, asReload: true), the retryCount always resets to 0 on each subsequent retry.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I thought I should report it. Thanks!

"reload" is meant to act as a partial state clear. Hence that is kind of expected.

But there is a known bug that causes the reload state to last longer than expected. It's been fixed, just not released.
