Connecting APP to esp32 via mobile wi-fi (Android)

I tried to receive az and el data on esp32 from the Look4sat APP via Wi-Fi UDP, but unfortunately no packets are passing through.
I also used App UDP-TCP-REST network Utility to listen to the port. But no data is coming.

Please tell me under what conditions (algorithm of operation) this function. Should there be a real satellite flyby, maybe El should be a non-negative value?

Hey there @andriypush-bit! I'm sorry for such a late response, I was ill for a bit and then quite busy for some time.

L4S supports only TCP network connection and only BT classic SPP for wireless connectivity, as these are much more frequent use cases. Personally I use the TCP connection with SDR++ almost daily, but I do test BT with my esp32 boards from time to time. My setup is pretty straightforward - once you configure the IP:Port in the network settings dialog, simply go to the Radar screen or select a particular pass on the Passes tab, you should see the data coming through. If you're trying to control a rotator, that should work just fine. If you're trying to get the frequency readings, then the satellites has to have at least one transceiver of course. The output format is again configurable via Settings dialog. And you're right, for Az/El readings you need the satellite to be above the horizon to avoid weird rotations being reported, for Freq it doesn't matter.

I'm wondering what do you need the UDP support for? It's not that hard to implement, although I'm not sure it's worth the effort, as I don't know any Ham related software that requires UDP and doesn't support TCP. Hope that info helps!
