AI/UX - Build an index / summary

1. Given a folder with a bunch of documents
2. Ask Codex to read all the documents
3. Create a new notebook which is a table of contents providing a list of the documents and summaries of each one

Cleanup review: drive.search(...) and the notebook mutation APIs now provide the primitives needed for an agent to enumerate documents and create a summary notebook. I did not find a built-in index/table-of-contents workflow or CUJ that performs and verifies this end to end. Keeping open.
