What is an (undocumented) "flow"?

"Tasks" appear to be like traditional make targets, but that's undocumented also.

But what are "flows": git-flow, some proprietary CI term, or something else?

Are "flows" also "steps"? Also, the web doc inconsistently calls "tasks" "steps" too.

Are "tasks" steps and flows?

This terminology is unclear, undefined, and confusing.
