Thanks for this fork, I hope you'll be able to keep it up 😸

The timeout() is only available at connection time, but SSH2 use it at each exec() call, so it could be nice to permit too.

something like replacing :

    public function timeout(int $timeout): self
    {
        $this->timeout = $timeout;
        return $this;
    }

by

    public function timeout(int $timeout): self
    {
        $this->timeout = $timeout;
        if( $this->ssh )
            $this->ssh->setTimeout($this->timeout);
        return $this;
    }
