Warning on aws_s3_bucket_lifecycle_configuration with aws provider version >=5.90.0

After updating to aws provider version 5.92.0
and using scribd/datadog/aws 3.3.4

I get the warning

Warning: Invalid Attribute Combination
with module.datadog.aws_s3_bucket_lifecycle_configuration.elb_logs
on .terraform/modules/datadog/logs_monitoring_elb.tf line 62, in resource "aws_s3_bucket_lifecycle_configuration" "elb_logs":
  rule {
No attribute specified when one (and only one) of [rule[0].prefix.<.filter] is required

This will be an error in a future version of the provider

I'm pretty sure it is because of
https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws/releases/tag/v5.90.0

BREAKING CHANGES:

resource/aws_s3_bucket_lifecycle_configuration: rule.noncurrent_version_expiration.noncurrent_days and rule.noncurrent_version_transition.noncurrent_days are Required (hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws#40796)
