Allow the user to filter for conjugations by tense

• This issue is blocked by Populate verb conjugations in UI from the database #571 where the verb conjugations are populated.

A user experience improvement once the verb conjugation UI is populated would be to allow the user to filter the verbs by a single tense using a dropdown. This element can be seen in the conjugation UI here. The options in this dropdown should be the tenses for the given language as determined by the data contracts, with a selection then showing this tense and this tense only based on a WHERE clause for the selection from the SQLite DB.
