Writing sharded AnnData's within MuData

Hi! I was wondering if there's a way to write sharded Zarr V3 AnnData stores within MuData?

Currently I'm able to write Zarr V3, just without sharding. Would it be possible to implement something similar to AnnData's write dispatched and having able to use callables like annbatch's write_sharded. Happy to contribute in this area as well! tyty

@srivarra Do anndata's settings help? https://anndata.readthedocs.io/en/stable/generated/anndata.settings.html I guess this probably doesn't control the parent MuData group though.

With anndata's settings, you can set v3 sharding/format + https://zarr.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user-guide/config/ allows targeting a shard size. So hopefully it should be straightforward

Interesting, is the root group of the mudata store still a zarr v3 group?

@ilan-gold Yeah the root is zarr v3.

It reads the ad.settings.zarr_write_format.
