Add support for Camera Module V3

We should support Camera Module V3 (IMX708) to be connected to any of the options (Zero W, 2W, 3B+). This requires adding the device tree overlay to the OS image and adding it to the camera_hub internal compatibility list. The resolution should set be 1080p by default due to the unique resolution format it uses.
