Scrolling is too fast on on mac touchpad #208

Description

Describe the bug

I am using LSIO's Chrome, DoubleCommander, and Firefox docker containers and they all seem to have the same issue - trying to scroll a few lines using the macbook trackpad causes it to scroll superfast way past what I wanted to see. I don't have this issue when I am using my mouse or trackball - only when using the built-in mac trackpad. It will add that there is a closed bug #99 that seemed to be about the same issue, but it was closed last year.

To Reproduce

Open LSIO Chome or Firefox or DoubleCommander in the browser of your choice (I tend to use Chrome but Firefox works too). Go to the page you want to visit and gently place two fingers on the the trackpad and gently move them down (or up if you have disabled natural scrolling).

Expected behavior

I would expect the page to move at a speed similar to that of my fingers, maybe a bit faster. Instead, it is as if Dark Helmet ordered Ludicrous Scrolling Speed.

Additional context

I have tried with various version of Chrome and Firefox. I only listed Chrome in the "Browser Version" above, but again, other browsers produce the same issue, and other LSIO containers using Selkies, such as Firefox and DoubleCommander show the same issue.

There is a CLOSED issue that looks like it was resolved, but again, this is happening in the present - perhaps newer changes reintroduced the issue? That ticket was #99
