🐛 [Bug]: Chat responses show up in all chats during response time

Bug description

Assume user has multiple chats. If they enter a message in chat A, the response will display in whatever chat they happen to open while the response is taking place.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create chat A and enter a message.
2. When complete, create chat B and enter a message.
3. While the response is ongoing, click chat A.
4. Notice the response for chat B is actually showing up in both chat A and B, whichever the user is look at

Environment Information

OS: StartOS
Alpha version of serge, running standard docker container
Browser: Firefox, though probably not relevant

I'm going to close #20 since it has been open for a few months. It's something we are aware and planning on fix it.
