Context

The absence of a photograph is a recognised gap for a personal brand site at this level. Decision-makers who arrive at the site want to see the person behind the work.

Scope

This is a longer-term item requiring commissioning of the right content before implementation. The scope includes:

• A professional headshot for placement on the Track Record page (the biographical, first-person page — the contextually correct location)
• Potentially other photographic elements on relevant pages, to be determined once the content is available

Implementation notes (for when content is ready)

• Track Record placement: discrete, near the opening of the page — integrated into the biographical narrative, not a full-width hero
• Image must be optimised for web (WebP with JPEG fallback)
• alt text must be descriptive and meaningful
• Must work in both light and dark mode contexts
• Must not introduce contrast or layout issues (WCAG 2.2 AA throughout)

Status

Blocked on commissioning. No implementation work until content is available.
