Footer: add llms.txt machine-readable site note #67

Description

@simonives

Context

The site already has a well-structured llms.txt file. For a practitioner positioned as an AI governance expert, surfacing this as a subtle footer feature is a credibility signal — early adoption of the llmstxt standard alongside the existing robots.txt and sitemap.xml infrastructure.

Solution

Add a single line to the footer alongside the existing Information Governance link:

Machine-readable

Or as plain text with a link:

This site is machine-readable · llms.txt

Style consistently with the existing footer links. Position next to or below the Information Governance link.

Acceptance criteria

 • Footer note is present on all pages (update the standard footer template in CLAUDE.md)
 • Link resolves correctly to https://www.simonives.com/llms.txt
 • Styled consistently with footer typographic conventions
 • CLAUDE.md footer template updated to include this element
