Only upload albums

I have an i-cloud takeout archive that contains photos and videos from multiple users (my family members). I would like to only upload photos/videos from specific albums contained in that archive, no photos/videos that are not in an album.

I don't know how Icloud archives are structured.

I created a simple power shell script to open an iCloud csv file, and copy the photos/videos listed in there to a new folder that way I could upload that new folder to immich as an album. A bit tedious but I only had a few albums that I wanted so this worked for me.
