Bug on docker repositories import feature

After a fresh import, resource need to be updated if preemptive pull enabled is on default value.
We would like in this case to not need an update.

2. The actual flow that reveals the issue you are reporting?

Sorry i could have been more acurate.

• Trying to import sonatyperepo_repository_docker_proxy type
• Import is working
• Try to apply without any modification
• 1 change because of preemptive field in default mode

I would like to have no change after an import to be sure to not alter sonatype nexus configuration
