fit$metadata()$num_chains does not return number of chains

I'm not sure if this is a bug, when after fitting a model with two chains, fit$metadata()$num_chains returns 1.

Thanks for reporting. Yeah it looks like in this case we're getting it from one of the CmdStan CSV files and not adding the information for all the CSV files like we do for e.g. step_size and time.
